The soul-body distinction is the basis of philosophy, existential crises, and world religions. ‘impressions of the soul’ is a multi-media art exhibition exploring the physical and spiritual representations of important people in the artist’s life. It is a study of how the human body expresses the intangible nature of our souls, a collision between physical anatomy and the human experience. The audience is invited to witness the imperfect nature of the human condition via a journey oil paintings and digital designs, hopefully questioning how they express their inner mind to the external world.
